Camping/Hobo Stoves

I have recently found out hobo stoves exist. i have actually just made a simple one, with two tin can bottoms fitted together with a hole in the middle where you add fuel, holes on the outside where the flame comes out and all you do to activate it is heat the bottom and ignite the fumes of the alcohol.
so i decided i would make a thread and you post a comment including cool ideas for alcohol/hobo stoves, and also post cool camping supplies if you want. so, without further ado, let the randomness begin! -

I've actually read about a stove that uses both alcohol and wood. The alcohol burns, heat the wood without burning it, and the flame goes out by the top of the stove. The wood, when heated, produces a flammable gas, which is somehow collected and burned on the top. -
