Can't Run Program Missing File

It says pthreadGC2.dll is missing, anyone know where I can find this file?Here is the pastebin of the error console

Just go here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?pthreadgc2 and download it then put it in the build folder where the powder toy.exe is, worked for me.
