    shouldn't there be a general section for powder toy and an off topic section as to the general section as the off topic section

    The General forum is considered to be both the Off-topic and General-talk forum.

    HK6 I know that but wouldnt having two forums one for off topic and one for general take be better than having one forum for both.

    If it doesn't fit into Suggestions, Creations, Help, or Development then it is most likely not related to TPT and is therefore put into General. No need for two forums.
