Making Elements With Code::Blocks

    I am going to attempt to make some elements for TPT with Code::Blocks. I have always liked Code::Blocks and never like Visual Studio so I am not going to switch back to Visual Studio. I am currently downloading the needed files (like the SDL, bzip2, regex) but do I put them into the MingGW bin file lib file or include file? The wiki says to extract them to overlap these files but I dunno what they mean. Is there a video I can use? I have tried some Google searches. Also how to do it in Ubuntu.

    Yeah that was the page where I was getting all the files. When the step came to put them into a MingGW file I didn't understand. It said to "Extract the libraries contents C:\MinGW\ so it overlaps the bin, lib, and include folders" and I don't understand what the wiki meant by that.

    You should not mod if you do not know how to overwrite files while extracting.
