    +Inf
    -Inf
    NaN
are temperatures that had some really awesome effects.
These were removed in the most recent version of TPT, under the claim that they were bugs.
It is now IMPOSSIBLE to set the temperature of something to an Inf or NaN setting, even using the console. Please developers add that back in, and even better, please add the ability to save these temperatures into save/stamp files. I found it very useful and it could produce interesting effects. While it may have been a bug in the sense that it wasn't a planned feature originally, I found it to be very useful. Particles such as a gas (in previous versions) could be set to inf, but would only hold that value if adjacent to another particle of inf temp. When they diffused away and became particles not adjacent to other particles they'd instantly go back to the maximum officially available temperature of 10000K (9xxx deg C) or 0K (-273degC) if it was originally -Inf or NaN. This was really awesome.
    Please add it back in.
    Thanks in advance.

After a few frames, it goes back to max temp.

Of course, when you add elements, it's for realism, but when it's bugs, you want them as unrealistic as possible

the intended behaviour was always for it to reset to MAX_TEMP, Inf and NaN are bugs.

If you consider NaN is Not A Number... its pretty obvious.

I found that 9e99 sets it to INF and it you place METL beside GOO and set METL to -INF and GOO to INF the it will make the temp of both NAN and it was awesome because i made a bomb that could destroy an entire city almost instantly! that was cool and I have to play my old version of TPT just to experience that, but i really wantto ty it on DEST. Please add it back in,

    OR better yet

ADD AN OPTION TO THE MENU TO TOGGLE THE   INF/-IFN/NAN  CONSOLE COMMAND (9e99/-9e99). Could that be implemented?
