    There already is. Check again, if not, then something is wrong with your TPT.

    Edit: The wind tool is the drag tool, excuse my mistake please.

    No, the wind tool is not a drag tool, it is wind. It barely works, and I would recommend using the positive gravity tool on a small pen setting.

    He means a tool that selects whatever's in the cursor, and drags it to another portion of the screen.
    Which already exists in the form of CTRL+X and CTRL+V

    A drag tool would not work with TPT's physics. Directly moving the particles would cause a lot of glitches. Also, particles surrounded by other particles can't move, so changing the vx/vy values of the particles would also not be an option. The wind tool is the closest thing we have, and it works okay most of the time.
