    Version 54.2 Released!

    Version 54.2 2023-10-09
    • Update to tptmp v2.0.34
    • tpt++: Fix crash when calling sim.clearRect with out-of-bounds coordinates.


    I'm releasing this update because tptmp v2.0.34 is a required update, due to the possibility other clients could remotely crash your game. This update fixes that crash both through the tptmp client update, and also on the c++ side.

    Version 54.3 Released!

    Version 54.3 2023-10-15
    • Update to tptmp v2.0.36
    • Fix icons not rendering in the console
    • A set of 3 bugfixes which enable more Lua scripts, such as "Alloy Brushes" to function properly:
    • Fix LuaWindow's OnDraw event being sent after components are drawn and not before
    • Fix gfx.setClipRect not having correct coordinates inside Lua windows
    • Add workaround so that tpt++ icon ranges render in this mod. This allows certain Lua scripts that use icons to work without special icon compatibility code


    This was going to be a quick update, due to another required tptmp upgrade. But then I was looking into @qn3441777's bug report about Alloy brushes and found two bugs causing it to break. And then I decided to go overboard and put in a hack to make the icons render properly too. I didn't test it extensively, but Alloy Brushes and Script Manager both function properly. Although since the icons in my mod have different offsets and sizes they don't draw in the right place. But still, it's good enough for some basic compatibility.

    Hopefully there aren't any other scripts that don't work in my mod ... there are some bugs I can't fix, but I like to have decent compatibility if I can, because this mod is supposed to be a vanilla replacement.

    I have a suggestion! Boat!

    So basically, it can only travel in bodies of water. If not in water, it begins smoking, and after a while, it explodes.

    Ehat do you think?

    Anyway, moving entities don't work in TPT's physics engine, it only supports particles. So something like that wouldn't be possible. And doesn't really fit in, either.

    ok, well, what about an instant structure. It just makes a hosue or something?

    I still don't think that fits in. Would it just create something in the shape of a house? TPT is about creating things, not having a static, premade structure that you can deploy. A premade house doesn't encourage creativity.

    Ok then... what about an element that when you it touches lava, it spurts out a bunch of water as a self defense mechanism? im going wild with these ideas...
