    win32 wont work on windows 7 it say it needs bzip.dll even thouh its in the commpressed zip file folder

     when you extract you dont need to use winrar just click Powder-Sim.exe and click extract all

    Um, VERY sorry for necro but it does state and I quote "

    NOTICE! This Mod will not have an update until TPT++ comes out, thank you for your patience."

    But it came out did it not? I wish he would update =/
