Arc drawing is quite simple, you can just extract a segment off of a trigonometric function for example.
You can draw a circle with this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midpoint_circle_algorithm -

Have you ever seen how do I draw circle?
Not just looping through alpha and applying sin/cos to it
so that seems to be more complicated
ur sin/cos method will cause overlays and bold lines that's why I don't use it

just an idea for the cirle but i don't know if it will work i'm not really good at coding and i'm just going to try to learn it (starting with c++ beginner) but i understand a bit of the basics xD but what if u draw a circle shape in paint and just save it then use it as a sprite for your font. (i don't know if this would work) just an idea. -
