These elements when sparked can cool, or heat things like WIFI, DLAY, you know elemts that the temp means something. it could be usefull for reactors, engines, because when a reactor reaches a certain temp the dlay to let the fuel in could be shortened or lengthened. that could produce multi-speed engines, and more intelligent, computers for controling things. So instead of just manually cooling or heating the DLAY, you could make an automated system that cools and heats it by its self

Although I agree with you and would like to have these elements, they have been rejected countless times.
But this is MORE useful than the ones suggested before, because it could heat/cool non-conductive materials that otherwise could only be heated/cooled manually. -
This is the one post like this I've seen that actually makes sense. Each spark should change WIFI, PRTI or PRTO's temp by 100, and DLAY's temp by 4.

umm ya but that heats everything and it will not stop heating. it was actually difficult to code.
