    I thought of:
    bread (which can burn into dust.)
    flour (mix this with yeast and water to make bread)
    Dyst will turn back into YST with neutrons?

    SUGR - sugar. Mixed with water and yeast makes alcohol (in ~37 celsius) :D

    And aviyt DYST and YEST... you shoul made them live by covering with water and sparking it 2nd spark should kill them btw :P.
