Basically, this element would be a solid (no good abbreviation thought up yet), and it could be activated by PSCN and deactivated by NSCN. It would carry the 'activation' to and from all of the other elements that can be activated (i.e. SWCH, PCLN, etc.). If some switch were activated, and of this element touching it would then be activated, and could be used to carry this 'activation' to some pcln, for example. I have thought this would be useful many times, and I think it would be a great addition to the Powder Toy.
You would only need one-pixel-thick 'wires' going to and from each powered material, and if it were indestructible, it would solve the problem of melting P/NSCN when you're cloning PLSM (or any other element that is hot enough). I suppose it would make it more useful if it does the opposite of the powered materials too: when it becomes charged (sparked by PSCN), it sends a spark through and PSCN touching it, and a spark out through any NSCN touching it when it becomes discharged (sparked by NSCN). I used to do this with just more PCLN, but it ended up cloning the PSCN.
