The powder I'm suggesting would be similar to BCOL, but burns as a cold flame. Currently I see no other ways of doing this, and it'll have uses as some bombs, finite fuel for cold-flame engines and other things.
It'd be great if it were even slower-burning than coal, then it'd have an use as a mechanical timer.

I did this to ANAR once. It was actually pretty cool! :D ...But not really exciting. I made it explode using positive pressure so that the ANAR sinks into itself as it burns.

It used subzero flame though. It was super easy to make.

o_o Please update the changelogs more often so we could catch up ;_;
(but really, ANAR flies up so it'll be annoying to use it as a regular powder, and maybe slow-burning could be a keyword aswell?
