I just installed Powder Toy in Snow Leopard and I'm enjoying it but I found a problem with kiosk (full screen) mode. When I run the program this way, the colors are all wrong. Everything is very yellow and washed out. Here's a screenshot to demonstrate what I'm seeing:
When I run the program normally (no kiosk flag) the colors look fine. The scale:2 flag also looks good, but it's too big for me to use on my laptop (1280x800 resolution).
Interestingly, when I press "P" to take a screenshot with the Powder Toy engine, the colors in the resulting file look correct. The color error doesn't affect it at all, as far as I can tell.
Any ideas? I'm on a MacBook, for what it's worth; Mac OS X 10.6.7. I really want to use Powder Toy in fullscreen mode *without* sacrificing color accuracy. :-)
Is there anyone involved with the Mac development of Powder Toy who can shed some light on this? Perhaps I should contact someone in particular, directly? I'm new to this site and don't want to make inappropriate noise in the wrong place, but I'd love if this issue could be addressed!
@uselessness(View Post) I am the head (non-admin) mac helper for TPT... I am not sure bout this specific topic - but the person who develops the mac version is Simon... Ask him in a conversation...
I am happy to help any time - so if you need anything else, I can help! :)
