    As you may know, cates IRC comics haven't been updated in ages. I recently picked up inkscape and since I needed the experience anyways - decided to try out doing some myself.

    Below is a sample comic with xkcd-style characters, I still need to figure out a good way to distinguish between them - perhaps different hair/other minor characteristics would be enough - if you have different ideas please let me know. Feedback is welcome.

    I can detect humor though its not my cup of tea.

    certain things like the flames could be emphasized for effect, but otherwise well done.
