Posted another hint(the fourth one) http://tpt.io/.287121
    Something I posted on IRC:
[17:13:51] <Mrprocom> only few people know about this
[17:14:13] <Mrprocom> some people know about this, but they don't know that that thing is what they know about
This isn't a hint, it's something that you will understand when you figure out the hint.

Where do you get keys to make so many puzzles and "Extras"?

I don't understand ,in @belugawhale's challange, what means six particles of filt, (and other repetitions).

     Solution:

Stage 1: First, you have to download the image. In the upper right corner, it tells you to open it using 7-zip. Open up 7-Zip file manager, then double-click on the image, and you will find two files, erc.zip and password.cps. The zip file is encrypted with a password.

Stage 2: Copy the .cps file to <powder toy directory>\Saves\ and open tpt. Control-click on the Open button to open a local save, and you will find a sign that says "Password: " and some pixels. The trick with the pixels is to take the first letter of each pixel's element, or the number of repetitions if there are more than 1 in a column. You should get "aec5bib6t6" as the password. Type that password into the zip file and you will decode "erc.txt", which contains the ERC.

Ooooh, the zip file steganography was clever. I didn't know 7zip supported half-garbage images so I originally tried looking for the ZIP magic number :P
