The basics of it are realistic with how the pressure interacts, but I doubt it's scaled realistically.
You could use it for very simple things like CO2 model cars and maybe some miniature glider wing design to get the general idea. I wouldn't use it for anything like actual aircraft or large scale (SolidWorks does this best).
