    The Bowser Empire sends space ships from Mars to bombard Kikkin's fleet. (The paint is enviorment friendly) 

    The Bowser Empire is now renting/selling self-substaining paint-proof armored spaceships half the size of the moon. 

    The Empire sends submarines to go fish.

    A.H. forces prepare for combat. Cities are reinforced, colonies supplied with all they need and the fleet is prepared for combat.

    Right before we learn of the transmission that the attack will happen on 2029, the faster-than-light engine is tested. While accelerating and breaking the limit, the fragile face-time fabric got torn apart by the broken laws of physics, and the ship accelerated into... What we only believe is another bubble-universe (google the bubble universe theory)... One that had laws of physics similar enough to ours to allow life. The reason why our FTL drives didn't suffer this anomaly is because they basically teleported from one place to another, never actually breaking the speed limit. After examining the dimension, alien activity was declared null. If we manage to accelerate into the alien home-universe, we should have the ability to at least strike the home-planet and postpone the invasion. Until then, we have to continue testing to make sure it is safe... All FTL technology will, for the moment, remain classified. Maybe this is the way to cease alien activity once and for all.
