The I.L. officials say, in an official speech directed to everyone:
"When we are together to destroy an outside threat, this is not a free-for-all alien destroying game. We will have to link up our communication systems, orginize the militaries in a way we can move large armies from one area to another. Being prepared is crucial for this, because when we went against the laser we were very disorginized as "Earth's Alliance". If we are to have any more successful space battles against foreign threats, we have to merge our military in a way that doesn not interfere with our modern systems, but can be easily orginized during a time of emergency."
This speech is sent to every single country.

Sending out warnings has no meaning if the recipiant has no way to respond. At least say you're sorry and end it, avoiding another war.
Also, didn't the alien homeworld in this alaxy get destroyed by your planet-crackers? If you're reffering to the the homeworld in the other galaxy, I don't think even with our FTL technology we will be able to launch a weapon that far, and if we could, after interrogation of a captured alien commander, things look grim.
The alien homeworld planet is pretty much un-reachable with our current tech. Even if we could, the planet is emmiting a magnetic field so powerful it could derail any missile and via technology unknown yet, could even stop the FTL drive. So currently, our chances of launching a successful strike against the homeworld are 1 in 10000000000000000000000000000000000000, not counting in the abundance of other alien forces in that region.

What? If the magnetic field is powerful enough to do that then how are they even manufacturing technology on there?
Each time a disaster occured you either blamed it on someone else, dismissed it, or told the victim of your crime to F off.
[1970s]: The Zylits admit to spying on AHC and pirating their technology.
[AHC Responce]: Resolve it or aggression.
[Zylit Responce]: Dismission and threats that do not comply with the rules. Later ceases to spy.

You're extremely lucky we're in war with the aliens right now or else we would have done something more about your dismissive and sanctimonious behaviour. We wondered why we were breaking the rules and now we can see that you are the main root of the problem and that we are only the weeds that grew out of your mistakes.
Stop dismissing disasters and acting like one of those immature kids that get super offended when something bad happens to them and think that they can do bad things to others without any judgement. You're literally acting like a massive Mary Sue country.
Do you really prefer war and aggression than a mature and civilized agreement?Also, I don't care what weapons you have, the point is that what you're doing is unacceptable and we want to seize 50% of what ever dangerous arsenals you have.

Callisto Industry has focused on preparing an army sufficient enough to stabilize the up-coming war in 2040. We ask other nations if they would like us to help them in the preparation.

The A.H.C. intercepts another disturbing message that appeared to be mostly corrupt gibberish, probably the aliens trying to destroy all evidence of it, but we managed to piece together some parts of it, getting this:

After some analysis, we traced the message to a star-system a few dozen light-years from Earth. 200 A.H. frigates and 150 battleships are prepared and sent to said system, where it is discovered that there exist other civilizations that are as well battling the aliens. The A.H. ships flanked the alien attack force and with the advantage of surprise, we have destroyed most of them. Analysis of the system will continue until 2031:07, until then it is declared property of the A.H.C. and the inhabitants.
We agree to join both the Earth's Alliance and help the RNN with preperations.
