The Bowser Empire has finished it's awesome space laser and asks the other countries if it's a good idea to shoot the aliens. Also the Bowser Empire finally locates it's first traction city and uncovers advances in antimatter generation.

With stuff like that. Space lasers, more than 3 advances, etc. One of the Cardinal Rules for OG WST was no going to space :/
