The I.L.'s forces fight the R.L.'s forces at Hanoi. Many soldiers and tanks were deployed to deal with the threat, as the I.L. has claimed land north of the R.L., not to mention they also claimed a piece of the R.L's territory, going as far as Hanoi to claim the land. Hundreds of new tanks~fresh from the factory~were sent to hold the front lines.

Id like ambassadors from Kydonia to go as well, if you are okay with that. As of current, the asteroid belt is about 2au from Earth ( I believe) that means at our closest orbit, It will take 16 minutes for a transmission to reach Ceres, and at its farthest, 32 minutes. I know this doesnt seem like much, but Kydonian researchers and scientists have development a QED, or Quantum Entanglement Device. This is way too much to explain (may I suggest some Wikipedia?), but it allows instantaneous communication ANYWHERE. We wwould love to bring this tech to Ceres.
Kydonian ambassadors are now escorted by Praetorian Guards and LCasts when outside Kydonia. Luckily, all attacks on the Mainland have been subverted. All hostiles neutralized.

The K.L. Higher, the newest battleship of K.L. featuring several magnetically powered 6 inch guns is sent to support ground soldiers fighting the I.L. A new plane, built extremely similarly to the B-17 bombers, was designed by K.L. Weapon Inc. and sent on bombing runs against the I.L.

All seems well for K.L... until an enemy I.L. unit sneaks a nuke into the city Hanoi and it goes boom. No one knows how the I.L. obtained it, but when there's one nuke, there is more. Heavy casualites on both sides. The R.L. are now requesting help from other nations.

Grounders are sent in to defend population centers. Condors are on standby, awaiting the order to lance any and all IL strongeholds and staging areas. They have no chance. The Kydonian Navy begins to move its ships off the coast of Vietnam, and are ready to begin shelling known target areas.
