(Continuing off my last post) I fill up fifteen of the wooden evacuation boats with timebombs, explosives, and gunpowder. We then (unmanned) sail them to your forces. They took the evacuation boats, but when they looked inside the timebombs detonated.

Just when all seems to be going well for the Bowser empire, Disaster strikes! A massive typhoon (registering category 6 on the Saffir-Simpson scale) makes landfall at the nation's capital, levelling the city except for a handful of huts that escaped the typhoon's path. Thousands die, and many more are injured or diseased due to the spread of cholera facilitated by widespread flooding. THe nation's nerve centre is crippled.

(Continuing off my last post) We officially declare the Bowser Army our sworn enemies. We then decided to launch up several balloons with our coordinates and a message in hopes other survivor groups will find them.

Russian scout parties head east, discovering the beginnings of the World War II industrial mobilization movement. Within are early prototypes of rifles, submachine guns, and LMGs, none of which are functional, and will require significant refurbishing to function. Early crystal radios are beginning to be fabricated, and when they come online, they will broadcast on all frequencies, "Are you still there?"

(Continuing off my last post) We made a few crude radios and decided to send out a few messages. We get one back saying,"Are you still there?"

Rudimentary and unstable AM radio is established between Russia and the Phillipienes. A small task force is gathered together to monitor communications, dubbed ???????. They attempt to inquiry their status, and try to set up diplomacy.
In the RnD front, engineers have successfully revived a PPSH submachine gun, but bullets are very scarce, and they will not be used ofter.
On the discovery front, scout parties have been scouring the motherland for survivors and leftovers, trying to get everything together.
