Based on posts since September 2013, you (h4zardz1) have the largest number of posts where the previous post was at least two weeks earlier (18 posts).

 

But this isn't the same as the number of necros, it's only a necro if it's an unnecessary post or not relevant to the topic, such as http://tpt.io/.272364 >:(

I haven't bothered checking all of your posts on old threads and deciding whether they are necros. After you, the person with the most posts on old threads is FeynmanLogomaker (12 posts, but most of his are relevant to the thread, so not necros), then Antoine17 (10 posts) then CatAnimation (9 posts), both of whom are perm banned, with necroposting as one of the reasons for the ban.

 

(In case you're wondering where all this comes from, there's an IRC channel which announces new forum posts, and it displays the time since the previous post if it's a long time, to make it easier to spot necroposting)
