Best powder toy user 2014

The games simple. every one can nominate 2 users. with every user nominated the user that nominated user must give 3 reasons why they should win the title best powder toy user. 3 judges will be selected. on the 30th of july all nominations must be in. on the first of august the judges will pick out the top 3 users then between the 3rd and 6th of august any one may vote for any of those 3. which ever user out of that three gets the most votes wins.
