?_? There is actually game changes incoming I think that would make PHOT one of the more efficient ways of transporting data across the game field for processors, but considering portals in-game can serve practically the same function, and glass was explicitly changed a long time ago to facilitate just this (albeit obviously very slowly, still haven't tested bendy curves with it)

..I have no idea how special this would be in-game. The most exciting forms of PHOT information transmission would rely entirely on the color map of each photon, less the photon being present itself (which may as well be substituted for INST if you're going to kill off the PHOT wholesale after transmission.)

You could, similarly, abuse PIPE for this if you have a lot of free time to arrange it since PIPE is a bit obstinate, but this would make photons only faster than real fiber cables in the game, and slower than this element.

How would you determine where PHOT is allowed to escape from this new element? If it's forced to only allow spark at the end through NSCN, this element becomes indistinguishable from INST. If it permits PHOT out in order to make transport of data-PHOT, how does the element determine which direction photons are allowed to escape from, per line?

Found a working version someone made - Just to show that this does actually work with normal GLAS.

Still just don't shut his idea down. @ROHAN This is an interesting idea.
