The US military uses that same system (well, all the DOD schools I have been too).

I have exams per year(2 minor, 4 major)(exception class tests and cycle tests are also held every month) . My acadamic year started last month and the first minor exams are coming up on the end of june.

I do know in Germany they have reverse number grades from 1-5. The LOWER the number the better the grade.

Here in America...we don't have Fs anymore, we now have Es. Because somebody must have thought that poor letter E shouldn't be skipped. -_- I think the failing grade rank should be this. 50+ E 40+ F 30+ G 20+ H 10+ I any lower and it should go straight to Z. :P
