Some polishing on save management

So I ran into some minor issues when I wanted to revise some of my svaes after a long time:

I need to do minor changes on all of my saves at once and don't want to spam the new save feed with them, so my suggestion is the ability to update / re-publish saves without them appearing on the new save feed.

There is no need for my save to appear on the new save feed just because I tweaked a few pixels on it or I unlocked a save I unpublished previously.

Another issue (bug) I noted was that when you select a save in your save manager the unpublish button still appears if the save is already non-published.

For the first suggestion, I think it might be a good idea too. There is "feature" / glitch Simon added, where if it hasn't been saved in the last 3 days, you have to save it twice before it goes back to the top. But this isn't really what you want, and I hope this bug gets removed because it's unexpected / confusing. (If it's been more than 3 days it goes back on top)

The second bug I have noticed, and I realized it will need a change on the website to also work. There is no publish option in game at all, and so I can't fix the bug until Simon adds a publish option too, that way I can have it change depending on what is selected.

One thing that might be useful to you, is that if you look at a save on the website, there is a publish/unpublish option there, which will not bump the save. So you can use that if you need to sometimes.

I don't really like it at all that save updating is considering making a new save.
It only makes sense for 'updated' saves to not get the highlight, thus preventing people from being able to just spam their save to keep it in the headlines for loner.

The 3 day bump protection is not a bug.
A no-bump option should be some enough to add over the weekend for the next release

BRILLIANT IDEA! Tie it in with the front page counter. If a save is too old to get front page than the three day rule gets applied. That way, updates on new saves can be seen.

The bug I was talking about with the 3 day bump protection has been fixed apparently.

I do like cyberdragon's idea though, it allows saves less than a week old to be bumped and be likely to get fp, but old already seen saves can't be constantly bumped. Or just no bump protection at all ... but at least this compromise is good.
