Yes, could you expand a bit-to me FRME means "fire me". CRAY-copy ray? I don't see how it works. PSTN-Piston right?
Just so it is out there, these new elements are still pretty buggy due to lack of testing/time. CRAY delete mode is badly glitched (fixed for next build) but still has many other issues. PSTN retraction with FRME does not check pmap and overlaps particles, and who knows what else. So you should report possible bugs (assuming you are using the element correctly). I thought CRAY stood for 'create ray' because it creates stuff, you use it like ARAY. PSTN is a little bit different to use than ARAY type, it requires TWO piston particles to 'aim' where you want to push, and push/retract with PSCN/NSCN.
Max length 255 pixel right?
Is there anything that can stop PSTN?
Are both PSTN & FRME indestructible? How can I make thicker PSTN rod? (use as flood gate or something, 1 pixel is not enough for energy particles and liquid)
PSTN rod thicker than 1 pixel will act like this...
1. PSTN won't 'ask' his neighborhood, so the left bottom one will treat the PSCN to the right bottom as horizontal activator, grow to the left. So do the right one.
2. If PSCN is attached to PSTN, result will be different depends on from where you active it. Please look at those green arrows
There are some limits that can be changed with .vars, I would have to check...
About having a thicker PSTN, why can't you use FRME on a single piston? It wouldn't retract completely, but can still be much thicker and activate normally.
The other issues of shooting out odd sides are normal (except the one where the PSCN is pushed up, which has been known about).
