I'm serious, it isn't easy and is often powered by glitches or flat out witchcraft.
You can start off by looking at how SOAP works, if you insist on knowing.
Nobody has a definitive guide for good reasons - other people using it in their saves and gaining front page.

Also look at how soap bubbles form, set SOAP to different ctypes.
Experiment!

Ive set ctypes, tried putting them inside bubbles, and alot more.
