I do agree with you, but I'm not trying to go "Kill everything because I think it actually adds to the story," I just want a horror theme built up. And solving everything with sleeping and waking up, and sleeping isn't very creative. :P
You tell your brother about the astonishing multi-dream occurrence that you've had, and you both laugh about it over a cup of cereal. Somebody knocks on the door....it's your parents! Why have they returned home from vacation so early? Is this, perhaps, another "nightmare" of some sort? 0_0
