If you never noticed, Concrete is a better building material than stone. You can make stable blocks of concrete, but if you try doing the same with stone, it breaks apart. Stone is used a a generic powder. Lacking the ability of the other meltable powders, It serves as a great landscape material and a neutral substance.

Brick, however, is already like a solid form of both. Solid Concrete will just be a repetition of brick.

That's why its not going to be added.
