    Another Idea, perhaps when it explodes it has a 30/70 chance when they explode to become either a SING or a black hole whatever they were called...

     

    Maybe some way to stabilize SUN? adding hydrogen fuel or perhaps through Gravity/Pressure?

     

    I Can see someone turning this into a reactor if you do find a way to do so.

    perhaps if the star got oo cold, it would not explode, but convert the nearest particles to iron...

    and if it gets too big, or completely surrounded by bmtl, then it could explode.
