Or it's just how they speak. I know several people irl who talk like that :/
erm... oe cake?

or perhaps you're a dust kinda person. (I prefer this one for the stickmen/fighters)
I'll attempt a re-translation:
"Good days, evenings or nights":
Obvious. He's being polite and wishing us a good day!
"someone has thought that powder toy had other simulators, not be for example of fireworks etc.":
I don't understand the first bit, but 'other simulators' is exactly what it sounds like. He's referring to other falling-sand type games (FSGs) similar to TPT. The fireworks bit maybe indicates that he's talking about games of lesser complexity, with fewer and less complicated elements. It could also just be referring to the differences between TPT and some of the other FSGs, i.e. lack of fireworks.
"To my genius would seem :) What opinion have on this?"
The first half of the sentence doesn't seem to communicate any further meaning, so I'm not going to delve into synonyms and definitions, but the last half might have multiple meanings. He could be asking us for a list of games like this, or our thoughts of them, or maybe asking us to contrast between them and TPT. I'd go with the first and second.
Analyzing badly translated English is quite fun sometimes! It's late and I am bored, which helps.

Anyway, to answer your question, bengala, there are quite a few games like TPT out there, but none with as many features as this one. WxSand is a fun little game, and it's very easy to create custom elements or items, without having to know any languages, since the game has its own tiny scripting language. The Powder Game is an interesting game, and the logic gates one can make are really interesting, but neither of these are nearly as advanced as TPT.
