It IS about general computing. It does cover emails and things, and no, you wouldn't be the best in Australia. 1) They don't measure that and 2) Some Asian guy (not being racist or anything) would probably win it.

@coolcat99 Im a american, and we do exam's meap in the state where i live we ''meap'' means Michigan board of Edcation, and the meap can take atleast 2 hour's or 3 day's. Theres MATH READING High School Meaps SCIENCE SOCIAL STUDYS HEATH. Im in 8th grade, i just don't write grammar on here im list to doing it in school that's all and the Exams suck, in U.S.A because it take's a whole half day to do them and witch i think they give you a half day because they, don't want being worried about the exams when you get home. Australian Edcation is an excilent source from what i hear.

Due to you science course, I would guess that you are in 7th grade, but you're memorizing macbeth, so Im going to go with 8th or 9th grade. As a guess.

btw, on the internet you are a terrible representative of Americans.

You know there is a good chance that your browser supports spell check. Use it.

Across the country we ('mericans) have standardized tests, depending on what state you're in (apparently Michigan has the MEAP meep, while NJ has the NJASK, texas has the TASK, and florida has the FCAT) its required for each state to have one, but they can choose the standards. (*cough* they're very low *cough*)

If you honestly ask me, its a waste of time. There are more important exams to worry about (*cough* AP *cough*) but I guess its great for elementary and middle school kids (6-13 years of age) to teach them how to take a standardized test.
