New Element: Fan

    This will make wheel move, and also it's color will be Gray Blue, and it's catagory Force and it's needs will make helicopter's look like their moving if add fan by the wheel.

    [Fan]: Makes wheel move and blows air in and out.

    Why need a whole new element when there is already a wall that has the specific purpose of blowing air?
