It seems like there has been no development or anything. Have the Devs just given up or are you guys working on some big project?

TPT++ is the new The Powder Toy. It's hard in business and in sufficient time will replace the old repository. Everything is new in TPT++. You might've seen it in v83 or something.
http://github.com/facialturd/The-Powder-Toy/ for the original TPT. Latest Commit: about a month ago. That's where you thought "Hey, is TPT dead or something?"
http://github.com/facialturd/PowderToypp/ for TPT++. Latest commit: two days ago.

not really, there really hasn't been an update in 2-3 weeks and Simon seems to be missing. First, it was just that he was moving, now I heard he's sick or something. When he's back, the next update will probably come out. It will have at least 3 new elements: DMG, TSNS, and VIBR. (VIBR is the only one done by me (and Fast-Driver)).

bugs are still being worked out, I fixed a ton already. I haven't fixed many more recently though, I've been doing other things like vibranium.

it won't replace the old repository, that one will just become unused, and already has, except for mine and jacksonmj's branches.

I just noticed, Simon finally released the next version. He's probably back now. He never fixed vibranium though.

Simon did tell us about The-Powder-Toy being replaced, because PowderToypp is official anyways...
