I'm quite sure there would be alot more rape cases then usual, although many would try to wear anything to keep their humanity protected.

People would probably be most embarrased by their body shape.... Rather than their "area" :P
You would be surprised how many people are only happy in public because their clothes hide deformities.
People would also stay inside alot and introvert themselves... Internet shopping would become much more popular...

I think our biggest concern would be if an EMP or a solar event that knocks out electronics happens. What if this happens, what would happen? Pretty much the end of society (If it were world wide)
