There is a list of moderators on the wiki: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Wiki/W/Notable_users.html#Moderators (I've just added links to their user profiles, where there is a button you can use to send a message). Alternatively, I'm happy for people to use save reports to report comments and tags (but I don't think you can report the same save twice).

Posting on the forum also works. However, we can't do much about comments and tags if both you and lch7 get rid of most of the evidence by deleting all your saves.
