But the laws of your country still applies on you. And other laws stay valid, too. You can't go and pirate a movie from Indian server and say that it's not illegal because you downloaded it from another countries "internet". -

By creating a TPT account, you have accepted the forum rules. Thus in turn, you are required to situationally forfeit certain rights when posting in the forum. I suppose it is somewhat unfair to limit your rights, but considering this prevents people from flaming and spamming, it at least ensures that what you are allowed to say is not disrupted by the actions of other users.
To answer your original question, no, I am not. Although I find it's concept rather interesting/amusing.
