What exactly makes you think it is? It's a spark maze, not art, so it's fine. Art is only removed from the front page if it's not functional and doesn't use any tpt features because it's only deco. (If you create an amazing looking piece of art without deco, using lots of effort, it might even be allowed, people used to do that before deco was created.)

We didn't ban deco, you can still use as much as you want to cover things up and stuff, and make them look better. Just don't flood fill diamond and start drawing pictures and stuff on it. If your save is functional, like that one reactor save, it doesn't matter if the whole thing is art.
