Accidental Ban?

I was on my Powder Toy account (Nab1929), when I suddenly got logged out. I tried logging in and it said Banned, Reason Given: Ban Evasion. To my surprise I had done NOTHING wrong. Only my brother was spamming the forums. (I told him to stop.) I tried making a new account, and it said I was banned. So, I found out I was IP banned! I got IP banned for doing nothing? Right now, I'm posting here with my IP changed. I had to mess with CMD to do that. So, please, can I get un-banned? If a mod replies, can they please not IP ban me and not lock this thread? Again, why was I banned, and can I get un-banned? I also really like powder toy, and I check(ed) it every day.

You made another account after your previous one had been banned... So you were avoiding a ban... Hence the reason being given as "Ban Evasion."
So how can that be a accidental ban?

Swimmer1929, but he was already banned. So was his swimmer1928, swimmer1927, swimmer1926, YouCantStopMe, and YouCantStopMe2. But he stopped, and he told me he would stop. Thanks for replying! :D
What other account? I only had Nab1929!

IP Bans are handled by Simon only. If you are able to continue using this account, its fine from my view, others may not be fine with it. Simon is the one who makes the ultimate decision, however. Any further bans will be permanent, however.
