Granted, by you had Ambient Heat on the lava in the liquid section melted it.

 Granted. You step on them, but a shard sticks up and punctures an artery, giving you a severe case of pretzelitis, so you turn into a giant pretzel.

I wish that Minecraft hadn't merged its single player mode with its multiplayer mode.
