R3APER, your idea and mine could tie in together, both being used. It would be awesome if both were added.
My idea means something else. I already know about void ctypes, but I was thinking of radioactive fallout when I had this in mind, and radiation absorption/emition, not neutron removal.

Your idea is perfect. My explanation to this topic also seems pretty logical, so perhaps what I said could be added to complement the original idea that was yours.
