Radiation Absorbtion

My friends and I were Skype chatting about Powder Toy. We were messing around with radioactive elements, when one of my friends said, "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a geiger counter/radiation detector in the top-right corner with the pressure and temp meters?" I thought of this idea further, and thought of how cool it would be if particles could absorb neutrons/radiation. But only certain elements should be allowed to absorb them, and only with a certain percentage chance. Then, over time, they would emit these neutrons they have absorbed. You could be able to add that radiation/neutron meter in the corner, and tell how many neutrons are in that element. I hope you take this idea into consideration, and hope you like it. I hope to see this in game some day.

A new element that absorbs neutrons and then releases them slowly is a pretty good idea, and could be used in nuclear reactors at some places.

Yep, I was thinking either that, or most elements such as wood and stone absorb neutrons, but solid metals do not. Or there could be a setting thing, like with ambient heat, that enables/disables neutron absorption.

Its do-able. They could use TMP or such.

This idea has been in circulation before under the name of "LEAD", but this gives it a new, different meaning.
I'd like some neutron flow control, but VOID already does that and TTAN does it a little bit ...

    1. Make a line of VOID (1 pixel thick)

    2. Open console

    3. !set ctype void neut

    4. ???

    5. Profit.
