Meh, plutonium. Its alright, but pretty outdated, deut is alot more compact(with console commands i dont really even consider it cheating though) And alot powerful. But yeah plutonium is nice and i suppose it works, but like everyone never uses it anymore for bombs.

 Actually, I still find it useful as an igniter for deut bombs. I also use it to trigger hydrogen fusion. It also porduces a nice fallout effect with the uranium it produces.

TNT + C4, All of the bomb elements. Perfect for mines.

 Yeah some of my bombs do that "fallout" effect. But i still usually just use a neutron and some deut with 9999 life. Its quite effective.

 I'll agree on the effectiveness, though I've discovered that one way to have a really nice bomb is to surround the PLUT/DEUT with a layer of C-4, BCOL, and then whatever you make your casing of. The BCOL will ignite and incinerate everything.
