Never mind I found out why it smells that way. It turns out I spilled some Merlot on my shirt last night so when I woke up the smell of the wine on my shirt made me think it was my coffee.

I wish I knew why I have wine on my shirt.

Granted, you wished you knew, but it was only a thought of a wine spillage on your t-shirt. It was instead you own... blood.
