@boxmein(View Post) I'm assuming your European, as a flight to turkey from America would probably decimate my piggy-bank and all contained cash.
Something about doing nothing this summer makes me a bit depressed. I feel as though I should be full-filling a life goal or something and here I am creeping on people via Facebook and slowly sipping decaf coffee in front of a blank television screen. Well maybe my summer isn't really that bad but still. If only I could alleviate that longing for productivity.
@R3APER(View Post) Totally. I wish I would find something awesome to do and some motivation to do that. I mean, what could a 15-year-old do who just graduated "middle school"(9 grades of mandatory education)? Jobs are so hard to find and job portals are designed for adults..
@boxmein(View Post) My sister just job-shadowed for a multi-million dollar dermatology program and she is 3 years younger than me, I'm 15, so you get the picture.
My dad knows a few doctors up north (New York and Pennsylvania) and they might let me see how their jobs are, so I have extra things to add to my resume, but I plan on joining the Marine Corps in 3 years right after highschool so I don't think a resume will be very helpful anyways.
@R3APER(View Post) Hm. I should start building a resume too, too bad Career class didn't fulfill its promise of teaching us all how to effing make a resume by the end of the year -__-
