How does one unlock that? I already collect weapons, know how to make shaped explosives, and am friends with an ex. Spetsnaz government leader for Russia. (I kid you not, he is a friend of my parents and I have met him once before. He does not however, wish to share his secrets. Actual quote: "A member never shares the secrets, never! *chuckles*) -
Collect weapons that are made in Russia, make shaped explosives, the russian way. :P
Also, i wish the Orlan spacesuits were less restricting...
