New Gravity Mode

Now, firstly, I understand that this may be hell on Earth to code and it is just an idea.

The idea I had was to have a gravity mode where everything moved towards the largest group of particles on the screen. It would be optional like all the other gravity modes. It would be useful for simulations of things such as planet formation. What do you think?

    All views and ideas welcome.

So, basically, the bigger the "clumped" particles are, the stronger their gravity, if i'm correct?

     Yes that's the idea.

So, every particle will have it's own gravity.

    and then

    EqualsThree:

the bigger the "clumped" particles are, the stronger their gravity, if i'm correct?

So give all particles some form of newtonian gravity value? Yes, I think this possible, but it will be very laggy.

As I said, it would be optional. You could turn it off.

Wait a minute, what would happen if your using different gravity modes (Vertical, Off and Radial)?

....And the 4. gravity mode would be 'clumped gravity' or how you want to call this suggestion.

It is one of those modes. You choose it in the same way.

It probably wouldn't be hard to do if it didn't use an actual gravity grid, or something. If it used 4x4 resolution it'd probably be easy.
