Here is the basic list minus a few other things, I didn't put this list together, rather the dude who is makng this for me. If you call this a BS setup, i don't know what to say. These are some of the best parts we could find so... yeah.

Note: In case you missed the first paragraph this list is missing quite a few components eg. Case and Fan's. The case will be SunBeam acryllic clear case that is UV reactive. I'm getting also 4 LED 120mm cooling fans and 2 200 mm cooling fans. The reactive case is blue and I'm getting (I forget the name) neon green/blue wire cover cords and the cooling fans will be either blue or green.

Yes, that is a much more reasonable compter description (as well as price).

Also you could have posted this on the old thread.

6 fans for a case sounds a bit excessive.

I thought I said 4 fans. The acrylic case is 230 dollars, and the fans are 4 at $15 each.

    Edit: oh I see I meant either 4 120mm fans or 2 200mm fans with a single 120mm.

Yea that would make more sense, my case has 2x200mm(front,top) and a 120 (back) as well, and glows a pretty red.  You can edit your old post to make that more clear.

Well, for starters the processor, AMD 8150 is not that good and considered inferior to alternatives because of its high power usage and low IPC (how much work it gets done per clock). You can see a comparison of per core performance in the image http://www.sweclockers.com/image/diagram/2472?k=addc3a2da582fe32b674b260dca964eb where IPC has a big role. If you would be willing to exchange that component, perhaps a 3770K (more expensive, way faster) or a 2500K (about the same price IIRC) would be more suitable. Please notice that if you take my advice, you will also need anothing motherboard, preferabely with the chipset z77. If you don't know what those things are perhaps your friends could help you with it :)

Also, as for the cooler, Zalman used to make fantastic coolers. Today they are largely inferior in performance to equally priced competitors. Noctua makes great coolers, so does thermalright (especially their "arrow" cooler, I am unsure of exact name).

Thanks for the advice. I may see about replacing those parts.
I will send you a Convo.
